• Supervise food production and preparation, ensuring adherence to recipes and procedures.
• Enforce employment policies, maintain restaurant cleanliness, and ensure guest safety.
• Monitor and optimize food ticket times for efficiency.
• Manage Back of House staff performance, including evaluations, coaching, and discipline.
• Develop key employees through feedback and training.
• Conduct inventory, safety checks, and proper handling of food items.
• Manage food costs, waste, and labor expenses.
• Schedule and assign tasks to staff, ensuring smooth operations.
• Train staff on equipment maintenance and cleaning.
• Participate in hiring processes for Back of House staff.
