The role requires quick work in a fast-paced environment, ability to stand for long periods, and the Food Handler certificate. Pay ranges from $16 to $19 per hour plus tips, with benefits offered as listed by Buona.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn positions: Beef, Pizza, Broiler, Cafe/Salads & Prep.
• Follow recipes and food prep processes (cooking, seasoning, grilling, chopping).
• Maintain portion control and monitor food levels on the line.
• Prepare quality food meeting Buona standards and ensure proper handout to guests.
• Restock food line and comply with health and safety standards.
• Be speedy and accurate in fulfilling orders; handle waste per procedures.
• Keep workspace clean; wash cookware and equipment; assist with other duties as assigned.
