Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow recipes and food preparation processes properly such as cooking, seasoning, grilling, chopping, dicing, cutting and slicing.
• Cook to order while upholding Buona standards.
• Restock food line and monitor food levels on the line.
• Ensure all prepared food meets Buona quality and safety standards.
• Handle orders efficiently for dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru.
• Washing cookware, utensils and cleaning equipment.
• Clean and sanitize as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
