Buona is hiring a Cook to prepare high-quality food to order and maintain a clean, sanitary workspace. You will follow recipes and Buona standards, ensuring portions and speed on the line.

Responsibilities include learning positions (Beef, Pizza, Broiler, Cafe/Salads & Prep), following cooking processes, restocking, and upholding health and safety standards while delivering fast, accurate service to dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru guests.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Learn positions: Beef, Pizza, Broiler, Café/Salads & Prep.
• Follow recipes and cooking processes including seasoning and grilling.
• Maintain portion control and monitor food levels on the line.
• Prepare quality food meeting Buona standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared properly before serving.
• Restock food line.
• Comply with health and safety standards.
• Be speedy and accurate in fulfilling orders.
• Handle raw and finished waste per procedures.
• Act with urgency with guests (dine-in, takeout, drive-thru).
• Wash cookware and utensils; clean equipment as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
