Buona is seeking a Cook in Gurnee, IL to prepare high-quality foods according to recipes and Buona standards. You will maintain a clean, sanitary workspace and work quickly to fulfill orders for dine-in, takeout, or drive-thru.

• Follow recipes and food preparation processes.
• Maintain portion control and monitor food levels.
• Prepare quality food meeting Buona standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared correctly before serving.
• Restock food line.
• Comply with health and safety standards.
• Be speedy and accurate in fulfilling orders.
• Handle waste as established.
• Interact with guests and assist dine-in/takeout/drive-thru.
• Wash cookware and utensils; clean equipment as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize as needed.
• Other duties as assigned
