Perry's Steakhouse and Grille in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a Broiler Cook to join a high-volume kitchen. You will follow recipes, prep station items, and cook to presentation standards in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience in high-volume kitchens is required.
• Knowledge of different cuts of steak is preferred.

Mansioni

• Follow established recipes, procedures, portion controls and presentation specifications.
• Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all station equipment.
• Prepare, cook and plate all food according to directions in a hygienic and timely manner.
• Perform basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following restaurant quality specifications and proper hygiene.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen and storage areas.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as requested by Chefs or Managers.

The Broiler Cook position is about:

• Follow established recipes, procedures, portion controls and presentation specifications.
• Demonstrate understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all station equipment.
• Prepare, cook and plate all food according to directions in a hygienic and timely manner.
• Perform basic preparation duties, including handling raw produce and meats, following restaurant quality specifications and following proper hygiene and food handling standards.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and organizing the kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas.
• Carry out additional responsibilities, although not detailed, that are requested by the Chefs or Managers at any time.
• Needs to have experience in high volume restaurants
• Knowledge on cuts of steak

Pay : Between $24 - $27 an hour depending on experience
