Responsibilities

• Actively train, guide, and engage kitchen Team Members, delegate tasks effectively, and coach for success.
• Under the Store Manager, manage activities in prepared foods and dispensed beverages to optimize performance.
• Partner with the Store Manager to be accountable for kitchen activities, 5S standards, and daily operations.
• Oversee kitchen inventory and maintain stock levels.
• Address guest concerns related to kitchen service and keep the Store Manager informed.
