Chipotle Mexican Grill in Auburn, AL is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You’ll ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen, and serve as a role model for Crew members.

You'll work to promote teamwork and a great customer experience, keep equipment in good repair, monitor inventory and MSDS practices, and help Crew grow into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsabilités

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Develop Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and well stocked.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers for great service and throughput.
• Maintain equipment in good repair and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
