Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is hiring a Kitchen Leader in Prattville, AL to learn and execute food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will ensure food quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and promote teamwork to deliver a great customer experience. This role emphasizes hands-on work, leadership development, and adherence to Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, sanitized, and well stocked.
• Monitor equipment and ensure it is maintained; repair as needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO documentation.
