Chipotle Mexican Grill in Springfield, MA is looking for a Kitchen Leader who will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food quality, resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back- and front-of-house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers for great service.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, sanitized and well-maintained.
