Chipotle Mexican Grill in Medfield, MA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while promoting teamwork and delivering a great customer experience. You’ll order food and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders, ensuring quality and safety every day.

As a Kitchen Leader you will keep the kitchen organized, well-stocked, and properly maintained, while modeling Chipotle’s philosophy and supporting a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, sanitized and well maintained.
• Monitor equipment and coordinate repairs as needed.
• Help ensure safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
