Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Avon, OH is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order ingredients, ensure food quality, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll help keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and safe, work as part of a tight team, and model Chipotle’s values while delivering an excellent guest experience. This role offers tuition assistance, free meals, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and in good repair; ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Assist with MSDS and FIFO processes as needed.
