Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Oregon is seeking a Kitchen Leader. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become Kitchen Leaders.

You’ll ensure food quality, safety, cleanliness, and proper stocking of the kitchen to support efficient service and a great customer experience. You will coordinate with Crew members to maintain high standards, monitor inventory, and repair or replace equipment as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma
• Restaurant experience
• Ability to train and develop Crew members

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory levels
• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crew
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders
• Ensure safety and sanitation standards are met
• Communicate effectively with crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput
• Maintain equipment and address malfunctions promptly
