Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to supervise food preparation, ensure quality and safety, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will help keep the kitchen clean, organized, and well stocked while modeling teamwork on busy shifts.

You will monitor food safety, manage inventory, and support a strong back-of-house/front-of-house team, always striving to deliver a delicious guest experience and uphold Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

Understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
Restaurant experience is required.

Responsibilities

Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order following kitchen procedures.
Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
Communicate effectively with crew members and customers for great service and throughput.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation; ensure equipment is in good repair.
Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory documentation.
