Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure food is prepared to order, and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will manage food quality, inventory, safety, and equipment maintenance while promoting teamwork to deliver a great guest experience. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and fast-paced collaboration in our restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is clean, organized, and stocked; maintain equipment.
