Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Dublin, OH. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to understand and promote Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized.
• Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is in good repair; coordinate repairs as needed.
• Ensure kitchen safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO inventory records.
