Chipotle Mexican Grill in Youngstown, OH is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn, prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will ensure food quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, maintain equipment, and model teamwork to deliver a memorable guest experience. Previous restaurant experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Previous restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Good teamwork and customer service mindset.

Responsabilités

• Learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to order.
• Ensure food quality by following kitchen procedures and policy.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels, addressing quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Monitor equipment and maintain it in good repair; repair quickly when needed.
• Ensure the kitchen and Crew meet safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS forms and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
