Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Columbus, OH. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen, and you will model teamwork and a strong customer experience. You’ll be busy on your feet, performing station goals, and helping teammates achieve success.

Qualifications

• Must have restaurant experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Promotes teamwork and customer service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory; address issues.
• Support back-of-house and front-of-house teams.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and repaired promptly.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO processes.
