You will support inventory, equipment maintenance, and ensure a clean, well-stocked space that meets safety guidelines, delivering a great customer experience every day.

Qualifications

• Have ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Hold a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to order.
• Order food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure quality and safety of food, maintain clean and well stocked kitchen.
• Keep equipment maintained and in good condition; repair when needed.
• Promote teamwork and deliver a great customer experience.
• Support back-of-house and front-of-house Crew dynamics.
• Foster crew development toward future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure service throughput.
• Ensure proper sanitation and follow MSDS/FIFO procedures.
