Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. seeks a Kitchen Leader in Florida to learn cooking, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables, ensuring food is delicious and prepared to order.

You will supervise food prep, train Crew, and order supplies while keeping the kitchen clean and stocked for peak service. You will promote teamwork, safety, and customer satisfaction, guiding Crew toward leadership roles and maintaining equipment and MSDS/FIFO practices.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized and equipment maintained.
