Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality, waste, and inventory; resolve issues.
• Support a strong back-of-house and front-of-house team dynamic.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers for great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well-maintained.
