Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and oversee food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure quality, safety, cleanliness, and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced kitchen.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, supporting food safety, and promoting teamwork across back-of-house and front-of-house Crews to deliver great food and service.
