Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn how to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You’ll ensure quality and safety of our delicious food every day, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and model teamwork to deliver a great customer experience.

The role emphasizes promoting teamwork, maintaining equipment, and supporting both back-of-house and front-of-house operations.

Qualificações

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsabilidades

• Cooking and prepping food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitoring food waste and inventory levels; resolving quality issues.
• Supporting a strong team dynamic between back of house Crew and front of house Crew.
• Developing Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicating with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensuring the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized.
• Monitoring equipment and ensuring it is in good repair.
