Zusammenfassung

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and lead food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety. You will order food and train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders, promoting teamwork and a great customer experience.

You will help keep the kitchen clean, organized, stocked, and fully operational, working hands-on to meet station goals and mentor others in the Chipotle Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifikationen

• Understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Able to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Aufgaben

• Prepare great food by cooking and prepping to order, and follow kitchen procedures.
• Maintain food quality and monitor inventory, resolving issues as needed.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and well stocked; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation.
