Qualificações

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead a team and train Crew.

Responsabilidades

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized and stocked.
• Train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure food quality and safety throughout service.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers for great service.
• Monitor equipment and keep it in good repair.
• Maintain safety to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO documentation where applicable.
