Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers for great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned and sanitized; maintain equipment and repair as needed.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO records.
