Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a Kitchen Leader in Riverview, FL to learn and perform food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables. You will order food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders, while ensuring quality and safety of all dishes.

You will help maintain a clean, organized kitchen, support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew, and drive excellent customer service and throughput at every shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
