Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Delray Beach, FL. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You’ll ensure quality, safety, and a clean, well-stocked kitchen and promote teamwork for an outstanding customer experience.

You will help manage food order processes, monitor waste, and keep equipment in good repair, always modeling Chipotle’s standards and the Food With Integrity philosophy.

• Restaurant experience required.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Ability to train Crew and develop future Kitchen Leaders.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food by following Chipotle procedures.
