Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader for our Warrington Township location. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while mentoring Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You’ll ensure quality, safety, cleanliness, and stock, and promote teamwork for a great customer experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on training, and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment consistent with Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience is required or preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and ensure safety and cleanliness in the kitchen.
• Train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain inventory and ensure equipment is functional.
• Foster teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
