Chipotle Mexican Grill in Tarentum, PA is seeking a Kitchen Leader to master food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality, safety, and a positive customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on teamwork, maintaining clean and stocked kitchens, and supporting Crew through hands-on leadership and effective communication with both staff and guests.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma
• Have restaurant experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables to order.
• Order food and train others to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure food quality and safety, cleanliness, organization, and stocking.
• Maintain equipment, monitor waste and inventory, and fix issues quickly.
• Foster teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house Crews.
• Lead and develop Crew members for future leadership roles.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure MSDS and FIFO procedures are followed.
