Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, inventory, and crew development. You will grill meats, sauté vegetables, and ensure every dish is delicious while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked kitchen.

This role emphasizes teamwork, coaching Crew members, and delivering a great customer experience. As a Kitchen Leader you’ll train others to grow into future leaders, manage kitchen operations, and help uphold Chipotle’s standards of quality

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate in the work location language.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables.
• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and organization.
• Supervise and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Monitor inventory and food waste; resolve quality issues.
• Ensure safety and proper equipment maintenance.
• Foster teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house.
