Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables to ensure delicious, high-quality meals. You will order food, train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders, and uphold safety, cleanliness, and stock management in a fast-paced environment.

You will promote teamwork, deliver great customer service, and help Crew reach station goals while maintaining Chipotle’s standards and policies throughout the shift.

Qualifications

• Have the ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Have a high school diploma.
• Have restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Following Chipotle’s policies and procedures, prepare great food and grill meats, sauté vegetables.
• Order food and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, organization, and stock; ensure equipment is functional and safe.
