Responsibilities

• Learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables.
• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Develop Crewmembers to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crewmembers and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and properly stocked and maintained.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed and equipment is in good repair.
