Chipotle Mexican Grill in Manchester, NH is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and supervise food preparation, grilling, and sautéing while training Crew to become future leaders. You’ll ensure delicious, safe meals and keep the kitchen clean, stocked, and well maintained.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Able to communicate effectively with Crew and customers.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and cook food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor waste and inventory and resolve quality issues.
• Train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and repairs are addressed.
• Foster teamwork between back-of-house and front-of-house.
• Follow MSDS and FIFO procedures.
