Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food quality; reduce waste.
• Foster strong teamwork between back and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members toward future Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and equipment maintenance.
• Promote safety to prevent injuries and follow MSDS and FIFO protocols.
