Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to ensure delicious, high‑quality food prepared to order. You will train Crew, manage kitchen operations, and uphold safety and sanitation standards while promoting teamwork and an outstanding guest experience.

You will mentor back-of-house and front-of-house teammates, maintain cleanliness and inventory, and help drive performance and throughput in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food waste; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep kitchen clean, sanitized and equipment in good repair.
