Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to supervise daily kitchen operations, ensure high food quality, and train Crew members toward leadership roles. You will be responsible for ordering, prep, and maintaining a clean, stocked kitchen while promoting teamwork to deliver a memorable guest experience.

You will model Chipotle’s standards, monitor waste and inventory, and ensure safety guidelines are followed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and train Crew members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order and follow kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food quality; address issues.
• Lead and train Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Maintain clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment.
• Communicate effectively with Crew and customers to ensure great service.
