Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and oversee food preparation, ensuring delicious, high-quality dishes. You will train teammates to become future Kitchen Leaders while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked kitchen.

This role emphasizes teamwork, fast service, and exceptional guest experiences in a lively restaurant environment. Responsibilities include cooking to order, managing inventory, preventing waste, and guiding crew members to uphold Chipotle's standards

Qualifications

• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle's Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.

Responsabilités

• Ensure food quality by cooking and preparing food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained; equipment is in good repair.
