Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is hiring a Kitchen Leader to help ensure delicious, high-quality food prepared to order and served with a great guest experience. You will train Crew, manage food prep, stock, and safety, and lead by example on a busy kitchen line.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.

Responsibilities

• Cooking and prepping food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitoring waste and inventory levels and resolving quality issues.
• Supporting a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Developing Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicating with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensuring the kitchen is cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintaining equipment and addressing malfunctions promptly.
• Upholding safety guidelines to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Filling out MSDS and FIFO inventory rotation.
