Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader in Darien, CT to learn and perform food preparation, grilling meats, and sautéing vegetables. You will train Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders while ensuring quality, safety, and a great customer experience.

You will also manage ordering, stock, and workflow on busy shifts. You will lead by example, promote teamwork, and help Crew members grow into leadership roles.

Formación

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned and sanitized and equipment is maintained.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines to prevent injuries.
• Complete MSDS and FIFO inventory rotation.
