Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader at our Canton, CT location. You will learn to prepare great food, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders.

You will ensure quality and safety of our delicious meals and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen. Daily duties include cooking to order, managing inventory, supporting team dynamics, and delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated ability to understand Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Restaurant experience required.

Aufgaben

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with crew and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned, sanitized, and well-maintained.
• Maintain equipment and repair promptly if needed.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Fill out MSDS and FIFO inventories.
