Job summary

• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.
• Ability to follow Chipotle policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and preparing food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve food quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Ensure safety guidelines are followed to prevent injuries or accidents.
• Complete Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) and Inventory Rotation (FIFO).
