Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to oversee food preparation, quality and safety while training Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders. You’ll manage stock, maintain clean and organized kitchens, and support a strong team dynamic with back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.

As a key role, you’ll ensure procedures are followed, equipment is maintained, and safety guidelines are met, contributing to a positive customer experience and efficient throughput.

Qualifications

• Restaurant experience required.
• High school diploma required.
• Ability to speak, write and understand the primary language of the work location.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food to order and follow kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Train Crew members to become Kitchen Leaders.
• Ensure kitchen is clean, organized and well stocked.
• Maintain equipment and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Foster teamwork between back of house and front of house.
