Chipotle Mexican Grill is looking for a Kitchen Leader to learn and oversee food preparation, grilling meats, and training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure food quality, safety, and a clean, stocked kitchen, while promoting teamwork and an excellent customer experience.

You will lead by example, keep equipment in good condition, and help Crew achieve station goals, all while maintaining Chipotle’s standards and policies.

Qualificações

• Have the ability to understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy
• Have the knowledge and ability to speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location
• Have a high school diploma
• Have restaurant experience

Responsabilidades

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels and resolve food quality issues
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput
• Ensure kitchen is cleaned and sanitized
• Monitor kitchen equipment and ensure it is maintained and repaired promptly
• Ensure kitchen and Crew meet safety guidelines to prevent injuries
• Fill out MSDS and Inventory Rotation (FIFO)
