Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and master food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training Crew to become future Kitchen Leaders. You’ll model teamwork and promote a great customer experience as you help keep the kitchen organized, clean, and well stocked.

You will play a key role in maintaining safety, food safety, and operational standards, supporting Crew development, and ensuring equipment is properly maintained to serve guests efficiently.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Restaurant experience and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong communication with Crew members and customers to ensure smooth service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping to order.
• Monitor food waste and inventory, resolve quality issues.
• Support teamwork between back of house and front of house Crew.
