Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc. is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and execute food preparation, grill meats, sauté vegetables, and ensure delicious, safe meals. You’ll order supplies and train Crew members to grow into Kitchen Leaders.

You will promote teamwork, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, maintain equipment, and model best practices for both back-of-house and front-of-house teams while delivering an excellent guest experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Restaurant experience required.
• Ability to promote teamwork and mentorship within the crew.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook food to order, following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor inventory and food quality; address issues promptly.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
