Responsibilities

• Follow Chipotle policies and procedures while preparing food to order.
• Cook and prep food to ensure quality and safety.
• Monitor waste and inventory; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong kitchen team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and sanitized.
• Maintain equipment and ensure repairs when needed.
