Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in Norwich is seeking a Kitchen Leader to oversee food prep, quality, and safety, and to mentor Crew toward becoming future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure a clean, stocked kitchen and that equipment is maintained, while promoting teamwork to deliver a great guest experience.

Applicants should have a high school diploma and restaurant experience; training and advancement opportunities are available to dedicated team members.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels.
• Support teamwork between back of house and front of house Crews.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate with Crew members and customers to ensure great service.
• Ensure the kitchen is cleaned, sanitized and maintained.
