Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables while training others to become future Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure quality and safety, keep the kitchen clean and stocked, and mentor Crew members to promote teamwork and a great guest experience.

You will guide a busy kitchen, maintain equipment, and uphold safety standards, contributing to the overall success of operations and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Understand and articulate Chipotle’s Food With Integrity philosophy.
• Speak, write, and understand the primary language(s) of the work location.
• High school diploma is required.
• Restaurant experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality by cooking and prepping food to order and following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food waste and inventory levels; resolve quality issues.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back of house and front of house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to become future Kitchen Leaders.
