Job summary

Chipotle Mexican Grill in the United States is seeking a Kitchen Leader to learn and perform food preparation, grill meats, and sauté vegetables, while training others to become Kitchen Leaders. You will ensure quality, safety, cleanliness, proper stocking, and equipment maintenance, serving as a role model for Crew and promoting teamwork to deliver a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Have a high school diploma.
• Restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prep food to order following kitchen procedures.
• Monitor food quality and inventory; help reduce waste.
• Support a strong team dynamic between back-of-house and front-of-house Crew.
• Develop Crew members to be future Kitchen Leaders.
• Communicate effectively with Crew members and customers to ensure great service and throughput.
• Keep the kitchen clean, sanitized, and organized; ensure equipment is maintained.
